Counselling for individuals and
• "The meaning of life is to give life
meaning (Viktor E. Frankl)" •
Living in a foreign
country with a new and unknown culture and language can be challenging
sometimes. You need to cope with new situations in your life, sometimes on a
daily basis and in most cases you succeed in dealing with them.
However, there might be
times when you are going around in circles and do not find a way out on your
own. In such times counselling may be appropriate in order to develop a
different perspective and change behavioural or thought patterns.
I can offer support in
the following areas:
- Difficult situations
in your life such as living in and adapting to a new culture and unknown
- Loss of meaning in
life, lack of perspective, dissatisfaction
- Fatigue, burnout, depressive moods
- The search for a
meaningful task or for your place in life
- Conflicts in both
your private and work environment
- Problems in your
- Separation processes/phases,
mourning and loss
- Stress and inability
- Looking at your personal history
and possible future
Our counselling sessions
will give you a chance to express and explore any difficulties you may be
facing in your life. I offer a safe and supportive setting without
judgement, and emphasise a positive outlook on your future possibilities.
My work is based on the
Logotherapy and Existential Analysis by
Viktor E. Frankl. The core idea
of Logotherapy is that the search for meaning in
life is a prime motivation of the human being.
